**Repair and Rework Operations Manager**
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Repair and Rework Operations Manager to lead our SMT repair and rework team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive process improvements.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities of the SMT repair and rework team.
- Oversight and performance of manual rework, component replacement, BGA reballing, hand soldering, and trace/PCB repair on SMT and through-hole assemblies.
- Evaluate tools, equipment, and procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce rework cycle time.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in SMT repair/rework in an electronics manufacturing environment.
- 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role overseeing technical teams.
- IPC-A-610 and IPC-7711/7721 certifications required (or ability to obtain).
