Duties and Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical wiring and infrastructure
- Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and blackouts
- Repair appliances and equipment
- Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit
- Examine electrical units for loose connections and broken insulation
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proven experience as an electrician helper
- Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems
- Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools
- Capable of reading electrical drawings and/or blueprints
