Electrical Maintenance Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ride Electrical Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and supervising the electrical maintenance of our park rides.

Salary Details:

$107,960 - $134,950/yr., based on experience and knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical/Maintenance Management: Plan, schedule, and supervise the electrical maintenance of park rides.

• Staff Supervision: Supervise subordinate supervisory staff, including scheduling, instructing, assigning, reviewing, and planning work.

• Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate with other departments, contractors, and ride manufacturers as required.

• Inspection and Documentation: Oversee daily inspections of rides and ensure proper inspection documentation.

• Training and Development: Provide opportunities for effective training for staff members.

• Budgeting and Expenditures: Assist in developing the ride electrical maintenance budget and monitor expenditures.

• Technical Expertise: Inspect all work in progress and completed for compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, specifications, and standards of quality and safety.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (4 year College or University) required.

• Experience: 5 - 7 years related experience in Electrical Engineering and Electrical Maintenance/Controls preferred.

• Skills: Ability to apply influence systems in managing a staff; to learn and understand relatively complex principles and techniques; to make independent judgments in absence of supervision.

• Knowledge: Knowledge of control processors, components, and communication networks used in real-time industrial applications.
