About the Role:

They will interpret assessment results, develop strategies and interventions, and provide guidance on implementing effective educational programs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation services to parents, teachers, and administrators on educational and psychological issues.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement inclusive educational programs.
- Provide professional development opportunities for educators on topics related to special education.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in special education.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and organizations that support students with special needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student assessments and progress.
- Ensure confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Deliver high-quality consultation services to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective IEPs that meet students' needs.
- Monitor student progress and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Master's degree.
- Arizona Credential authorizing the performance of psychological services.
- Administrative Services Credential (Preferred).
- ADE School Psychologist Certification.
- Graduate degree from NASP-Approved School.
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Card.
