We are seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist who shares our commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to children and their families. Responsibilities:
* Provide developmental assessments and treatments in a play-based approach for children ages birth to 3 in the home environment
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each child
* Work closely with parents to provide education and support to help them implement treatment goals in the home setting
* Complete biannual progress reports using standardized developmental assessment tools to record delays in developmental milestones and set goals for milestone outcomes
Requirements:
* A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (MPT, DPT) is required
* Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy licensure in California is required
* Current CPR certification and TB test are also required
