Dormitory Management Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to oversee the daily operations of our residential program. As a Dormitory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a safe, clean, and structured living environment that fosters student retention, satisfaction, achievement, and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage residential staff, including performance evaluation, disciplinary action, and recommendation for termination
• Coordinate coverage to ensure student areas are supervised
• Ensure all staff adhere to rest and meal breaks as required by the Department of Labor
• Oversee student dorm leadership programs
• Provide individualized case management in conjunction with counseling staff to maintain student enrollment and success in the program

You will be an active member on case management and success teams to ensure student success.
