About the Role:
The Kitchen Steward is an essential member of our food service support team, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen. This involves washing dishes, pots, and small wares, as well as ensuring the safe storage and handling of glassware, china, and silverware.
Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the safe and efficient washing of dishes, pots, and small wares.
- Store and handle glassware, china, and silverware carefully to prevent damage.
- Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen areas.
- Dispose of trash in kitchen and outside areas and place it in designated containers according to company policy.
- Use chemicals safely and effectively.
- Support the kitchen chef in food preparation when needed.
- Receive deliveries of food and related products and assist with their processing.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
