\The Executive Director of Health Disparities & Quality Improvement for the Community Health Department will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategic plan to address health disparities. This includes leading the design and execution of innovative programs and patient-level interventions to mitigate health disparities and improve patient outcomes.
\This position will also oversee the management and analysis of community health, healthcare data to identify disparities, track program effectiveness, and inform decision-making. Develop and implement robust analytics frameworks to monitor key performance indicators related to health disparities.
\The successful candidate will lead and oversee consulting projects related to community health initiatives, providing expert guidance and support to internal and external partners. Drive the implementation of evidence-based quality improvement methodologies to enhance patient care and reduce disparities.
