Job Summary
This role is crucial in shaping the customer's experience at our store. As a cashier, you will be the primary point of contact for many customers, and it's essential to greet them with a smile, thank them, and ensure they have a positive interaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Scan items quickly and accurately while standing for long periods.
- Keep your area clean and presentable, and be available to assist associates across the store as needed.
- Answer customer questions, help them with their needs, and provide excellent customer service.
- Gather carts from the parking lot, operate equipment to move carts, and clean restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot as needed.
Working Conditions
You will work in a fast-paced environment, especially during evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons. You must be able to multitask, stay positive, and maintain a passion for customer service and helping others.
