We are seeking a dynamic, service-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate in Food and Beverage. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking orders, preparing beverages, serving food, and providing exceptional customer service.
About the Position
The Customer Service Associate will play a key role in ensuring that customers receive high-quality products and services in a timely and efficient manner. This includes:
- Taking orders while paying attention to details, such as preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios.
- Preparing and serving beverages, including drip coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, and other specialty drinks.
- Serving and assembling food, like sandwiches, cookies, ice cream, pastries, and muffins.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role.
- Ability to operate available equipment, such as cash registers, calculators, etc.
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
Hiring Process
