Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
">- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Manage all retail sales, including selling age-restricted products in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Open and close stores as needed, handling cash and operating a computer-based cash register.
- Balance cash registers at the end of each shift and secure funds in safes or registers.
- Perform daily station cleaning and maintain a safe work environment.
- Comply with standards for carding customers for age-restricted products.
- Prepare food and drinks, clean, stock, and maintain food preparation areas according to health codes.
- Maintain inventory levels, restock shelves, and refill dispensing machines.
- Ensure store security and take reasonable precautions to protect company assets.
Minimum Qualifications
">- You must be at least 19 years old to sell tobacco products.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Cash handling and customer service experience is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
">- Familiarity with retail operations and merchandising procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel.
- Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide units of measure.
- Ability to adapt to variable situations where limited standardization exists.
