What You'll Do
You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
- Driving attendance to events by contacting customers and partners via various channels.
- Working closely with account managers to deliver successful product demos and webinars.
- Addressing customer objections and developing effective rebuttals to meet their needs.
- Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce to ensure data integrity and informed decision-making.
- Escalating customer issues and discrepancies to the relevant department for prompt resolution.

- A degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience in tele-sales.
