Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) American Heart Association certification required within 3 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) American Heart Association certification required within 6 months of hire.
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- A bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred but not required.
