Patient Experience Expert Needed
We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team and provide exceptional patient experiences, meaningful outcomes, and bonds for life. Our nurses focus on delivering high-quality patient care and maintaining effective communication with healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs.
- Deliver direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
- Communicate changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
- Participate in discharge planning process.
Requirements
- Licence to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of AL
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days from hire date.
