We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager with Heavy Civil experience to oversee complex, multi-partner projects. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of project papers, including owner's contracts, subcontracts, cost reports, and project controls.
Main Responsibilities:
• Assist in resolving on-site issues during construction
• Utilize Vista to manage expense reporting
• Comprehend project agreements and track budget and timeline progress
• Oversee superintendents and engineers in the field
• Examine and accept subcontractor payables and project invoices
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Construction Management, or Engineering preferred
• 10-15 years of experience in highway civil or structures construction projects in California
• Excellent organizational, team management, problem-solving, and motivational skills
• Caltrans bridge experience a plus
