Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Coordinator to provide support to our Compliance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on projects, audits, and reports, as well as supporting HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain I9s by assisting store managers with questions and problem solving.
- Work with associates on relocation requests.
- Respond to calls, emails, and questions from associates.
- Coordinate state/federal and local labor law posters.
- Maintain and update the Associate Handbook.
- Create and maintain job codes and job descriptions.
- Retain and enter THQ monthly incentives.
- Coordinate required government contractor reports, including AAP, EEO-1, and Vets-4212.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not require any supervisory responsibility.
Work Environment
The incumbent will work in a busy office area and face constant interruptions on a regular basis.
Physical Demands
This position requires frequent sitting, use of hands, talking, and listening. Periodically, the position may involve walking, standing, and reaching.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position that is scheduled 40 hours per week.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess strong attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is also required.
The preferred requirements for this position include a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or at least 2 years of specific experience and/or training related to the essential functions of the job, or an equivalent combination of education and training.
