Position Description
We are seeking a skilled mental health professional to provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services for adult and child patients with complex mental health needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with treating physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy, as well as crisis interventions and behavioral medicine services, as needed.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to inform your work with patients.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Clinical Psychology or Social Work, from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in California is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in crisis intervention, individual and group psychotherapy, and behavioral medicine is highly valued.
