Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Skills:
- Active Pharmacy License in the state where employed.
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 years' experience as a Staff Pharmacist with CVS Health or equivalent retail pharmacy experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
