Job Summary:
The Case Manager Specialist will provide case management services to individuals and their families, while implementing restorative justice practices. This role requires a strong understanding of social work principles and the ability to work with justice-involved populations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a caseload consistent with program requirements
- Implement case management processes, including assessment and development of case plans
- Facilitate restorative justice practices for assigned cases
- Compile and track case management and restorative justice processes in an online system
- Complete accurate documentation for case management and restorative justice practices
- Assist in the recruitment of community volunteers and represent the organization in the community
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with community organizations to provide support services
- Participate in staff meetings and supervision meetings
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, or related field
- Up to three years of experience working with justice-involved populations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication abilities
- Proficient with MS Office software
