Milestone Recovery provides high-quality services to empower individuals with homelessness, substance use, and behavioral health disorders to achieve stability, dignity, recovery, and a better quality of life. Our Extended Care Program is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide support and care to clients who reside in the program.
We are looking for an individual with a minimum of a High School diploma or GED and prior experience related to the human services field. Experience working in a residential setting and knowledge of homeless and substance use disorder populations are highly preferred. A Recovery Coach training is also desirable.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the care and well-being of clients, including engaging in hourly room checks and supportive conversations when needed. They will also be responsible for cleaning staff/visitor bathrooms, arranging transportation to emergency services, respecting client confidentiality, and attending required training programs and scheduled staff meetings.
Compensation for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hour, with differentials for overnight and weekend shifts.
