Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and compassionate individual to join our team as a Retail Cannabis Specialist. In this role, you will work in an exciting industry with amazing people, providing excellent customer service and education on cannabis products and laws.
Main Job Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
- Offer education on cannabis products and laws to customers
- Check and verify photo IDs for 21 and older
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Perform various tasks assigned by the manager
Requirements:
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, run, and climb stairs or ladders
