The Strategic Client Solutions Analyst plays a crucial role in maintaining and expanding relationships within strategic clients. This team supporting role requires minimal travel and reports to the regional lead Vice President, Strategic Client Solutions.
Responsibilities
- Protect existing account revenue and expand business footprint.
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines and workflows.
- Set up new engagements, including conflict checks, Salesforce opportunity creation, and job setup.
- Prepare contractual requirements and monitor project communications for follow-up and escalation.
- Collate information for reporting and liaise with Project Management, Finance, Review, and other teams.
- Analyze and present information to assist with billing and reporting queries.
- Attend regular client-level and project meetings.
