**About the Role**
The Breast Imaging Technologist will play a vital role in our team, working closely with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality imaging services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Operate advanced imaging equipment, including digital mammography machines and ultrasound devices.
- Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and addressing any concerns.
- Assist radiologists in reading images, gathering relevant data, and communicating findings.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
- Develop and maintain technical expertise through ongoing education and training.
Required Skills:
- ARRT certification in mammography (M).
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- State licensure (if applicable).
- Minimum two years of experience in mammography or radiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
