Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Boring Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of equipment including horizontal direction drill (HDD), locators, excavators, skid steers, mowers, associated support vehicles, and other similar equipment used for constructing, installing, and replacing underground electrical services.
This role involves working 10 hours a day, four days a week and requires the ability to operate complex equipment safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have three (3) years of experience operating an HDD and related equipment, a high school degree (or equivalent), and proficiency with computer systems, iPads, and mobile devices.
A valid MN Class A driver's license is required, and a tanker endorsement must be obtained within 30 days from the date of hire. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $28.49/hr. to $40.70/hr., as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings opportunities.
