About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team as a Behavioral Health Professional. In this role, you will work closely with patients and families to provide personalized care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans of care as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between units and departments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure clear understanding of treatment plans and goals.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current state RN license.
- A Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field preferred.
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire.
- One year of experience in behavioral health or a related field preferred.
