Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional beverage service to our guests, including preparing drinks and maintaining a clean and well-organized bar area
- Supporting our bartenders to deliver an impeccable dining experience for our guests
- Maintaining an organized inventory of bar ingredients, spirits, and supplies
- Ensuring that all food and beverage items are fresh and of the highest quality
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computational ability and computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail functions
- Basic beverage knowledge, including wines, liquor, beer, and classic cocktails
- Ability to multi-task, be organized, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
