Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Pool Bartender. As a key member of our beverage service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional drink service to our guests while maintaining a clean and safe bar environment.
Salary and Benefits
The hourly pay rate for this position is $21.00.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain bar supplies, including preparation of daily requisition, as necessary.
- Familiarize yourself with all types of liquor, recipes, and prices of drinks, proper glassware used for each recipe, and garnishes needed.
- Know drink recipes, prices, and type of beverages available.
- Accurately charge guests for drinks and accurately intake all monies.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly, maintaining positive guest relations at all times.
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction in each interaction.
- Be formally trained regarding liquor liability within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter.
Requirements
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate with guests and associates.
- A high work ethic and self-initiative.
- Able to work in high-pressure and fast-paced situations.
- May be required to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to work as part of a team that provides great experiences for our guests.
