**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Specialist to join our team. As an Automotive Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles using your knowledge of mechanics and automotive systems.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic and possess ASE Certifications or be willing to achieve them. You should be capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles, meet or exceed hourly goals, and have a positive attitude towards serving guests.
**Responsibilities:**
- Diagnose and repair vehicle problems using technical skills and knowledge
- Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
- Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
- Work effectively with the service department to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and efficiently
**Qualifications:**
- Positive attitude and desire to serve guests
- 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- ASE Certifications preferred or plan to achieve
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
