Job Summary:
">We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant. The successful candidate will work closely with a certified Speech and Language Pathologist to provide support with various aspects of speech and language therapy services, including direct student activities, screening protocols, and IEP plan implementation.
">Responsibilities:

- Conduct speech and language screenings, using screening protocols developed by the supervising Speech and Language Pathologist ">
- Provide direct assistance to students under the supervision of the SLP, including support with speech and language voice fluency hearing ">
- Follow and implement documented IEP plans or protocols, documenting student progress and reporting to the SLP ">
- Assist the SLP during assessments, preparing materials, and performing clerical duties ">
- Prepare therapy materials and/or equipment for use in the classroom and therapy activities ">
Requirements:

- A minimum of an associate degree or graduation from a Speech-Language Pathology assistant certificate program ">
- Current registration as an SLA with the Oklahoma State Department of Education at the time of appointment and maintenance throughout employment ">
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact successfully with parents, students, supervisors, and school staff ">
