Job Description
The Assistant Girls Wrestling Coach will assist the head coach in leading the girls' wrestling program at Anamosa High School. This is a part-time position that requires a valid Iowa coaching license or authorization.
Responsibilities
- Planning and conducting practices and games
- Developing and maintaining a positive team culture
- Communicating with players, parents, and school administrators
- Maintaining accurate records of player progress and team statistics
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Iowa coaching license or authorization
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff
- Knowledge of wrestling techniques and strategies
