This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced technical program manager to lead the development and implementation of our Gen AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the Gen AI COE roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and execute project plans for AI infrastructure setup, fine-tuning open-source LLMs, Q&A bot UI, and natural language querying.
- Establish and track KPIs, SLAs, and success metrics for AI-driven solutions.
You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure on-time delivery, scope adherence, and risk mitigation in AI projects. Additionally, you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, ensuring continuous value delivery and adoption of Gen AI solutions.
Your expertise in Agile methodologies, Jira, and backlog management will enable you to manage complex AI projects efficiently. You will also oversee AI model deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) ensuring scalability, security, and cost optimization.
We are seeking an individual with a strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, proficiency in cloud AI platforms, and experience managing large-scale AI/ML projects.
