About the Role:
- We are currently seeking 1, and potentially 2, Assistant Directors to join our team.
- The successful candidates will be responsible for leading admission events and developing strategies to attract top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective admission strategies to meet enrollment goals.
- Lead and participate in recruitment events to showcase university programs.
- Cultivate relationships with current and prospective students, families, and educational partners.
- Analyze data to inform admission decisions and develop predictive models.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to promote university programs.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in higher education admissions or related field.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
