Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ABA instruction specialist to join our team. As an ABA instruction specialist, you will provide direct instruction to children with autism and other developmental disabilities according to their educational plan.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one instruction to children in a home-based setting
- Collaborate with the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and implement behavioral plans
- Communicate regularly with family members to ensure consistency across all settings
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of child's progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities
- RBT certification from the BACB
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
