A Senior Manager of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Beazer Homes communities and brand, aiming to drive customer interest and sales.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
The work environment for this role is primarily office-based, with most tasks completed on a computer. However, the position also involves occasional travel, which may include air travel, site visits, industry events, off-site meetings, or overseeing business operations in various locations. Travel requires adaptability to different work settings, and the individual should be comfortable working remotely as needed. Overall, this role offers a balance between a stable office environment and the dynamic nature of travel, demanding strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to transition seamlessly between on-site and remote work.

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote new home communities, properties, and the overall brand.
- Oversee the development and consistency of brand messaging across all marketing channels (print, digital, social media, etc.).
- Create lead generation strategies to increase customer acquisition and home sales.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and paid media to drive online traffic and engagement.
- Oversee social media strategy and execution, ensuring active and engaging interactions with potential customers.
- Oversee the creation and management of advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, TV, and radio.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive leads and sales.
- Proficiency with marketing software (CRM, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role, preferably within the real estate or homebuilding industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
- Exceptional project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
