What You’ll Do
- Guide customers through the purchase of new and pre-owned Toyota vehicles from start to finish
- Use our iPad-based CLEAR approach to create a transparent, efficient buying experience
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships using CRM tools
- Leverage access to 200,000 existing customers to generate ongoing sales opportunities
- Collaborate with a team that values consistency, performance, and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Motivation to meet goals and grow your income
- Comfort with technology (iPads, CRM systems, digital communication)
- Valid driver’s license with insurable record
- 1 year commission based sales experience preferred
