Purpose:
Serves as the District’s primary individual responsible for all employee ADA accommodation requests, ensuring consistent, timely, and legally compliant handling of requests. This position manages the full ADA accommodation lifecycle, facilitates the interactive process, and maintains comprehensive documentation to support compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), ADA Amendments Act (ADAAA), applicable state laws, and District policies.
