WHAT YOU’LL DO
Every day is different! No two customers—and no two days—are ever the same. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience by helping riders find the right parts, riding gear, apparel, helmets, boots, and accessories
- Providing expert advice on product features, fitment, safety, and the newest technology in both on-road and off-road riding
- Building sales through product recommendations, add-on sales, and exceptional customer service
- Operating the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently
- Keeping the showroom clean, organized, well-stocked, and inviting
- Working alongside our Sales, Service, and Parts teams to create a seamless customer experience

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMONE WHO HAS
- A genuine passion for motorcycles and the riding lifestyle
- Previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
- Lightspeed experience (strongly preferred, especially in powersports)
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- A positive, team-first attitude
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A desire to continually learn new products and technology
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- The ability to stand and move throughout an 8-hour shift
- Professionalism and respect for teammates and customers alike
