We are on the lookout for a proactive and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our new Dairy Queen in Forest Grove. In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the store while delivering excellent customer service. You’ll support the store management team in supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment. Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Support in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members to build a strong retail sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Supervise staff during shifts, providing guidance on sales techniques, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and customer engagement strategies.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance team skills in retail math, pricing strategies, and product knowledge.
