Greetings! We're hiring for three locally-owned ski and snowboard rental shops this winter season:

• Beavers Sports Shop in the heart of Winter Park, Colorado.
• Snow Mountain Sports in Granby, CO on-site at YMCA of the Rockies - Snow Mountain Ranch.
• Beavers Sports Shop at Iron Horse at the gateway to Winter Park Resort.

We’re looking for motivated Seasonal Team Members able to assist at any of our 3 locations and deliver an outstanding experience to every customer. We’re known for top-quality gear, exceptional service, and a fun, local, mountain-town atmosphere. Position Overview
As a Seasonal Team Member, you’ll help guests get set up with the right ski and snowboard equipment for their mountain adventures. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, a fast-paced environment, and helping people make the most of their time on the slopes. Ski shop experience is preferred, but not required for quick-learners.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and fitting ski and snowboard rental gear
• Adjust and tune equipment according to safety and sizing standards
• Perform regular gear checks during down-time to ensure equipment is well-maintained and ready to rent
• Provide friendly, helpful service and answer basic equipment questions
• Help manage check-in/check-out of gear efficiently
• Support general shop tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
• Comfortable working in a busy retail/rental setting
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift ski/snowboard equipment

Compensation

• $21.00 per hour

Schedule

• Seasonal position: Early Dec 2026 – Late March 2027
• 20-40 hrs / wk dependent on snowfall and market demand
