What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plumber position at Beavers Plumbing?
Beavers Plumbing is hiring an experienced Washington State PL01 journey-level plumber to join our growing team in Snohomish and King County. This is a lead role for someone who wants to help build a strong plumbing company, run clean work, and grow with us over the long haul.
What you'll do:
- Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation
- Diagnose issues and give customers clear, honest options
- Lead, train, and mentor apprentices and PL02 plumbers
- Hold the crew to high standards for quality, cleanliness, and professionalism
- Represent Beavers Plumbing well on every call
What you need:
- Active Washington State PL01 certification
- Residential service, repair, and installation experience
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to lead, train, and maintain high-quality standards
- Interest in a long-term leadership opportunity
Compensation and benefits:
- $65 to $85 /hour DOE
