Beaverhead Motorsports is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our finance and insurance (F&I) operations. This role is critical to delivering a high-quality customer experience while maximizing profitability and ensuring compliance with all lending and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is confident, ethical, sales-minded, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage all finance and insurance processes for vehicle and powersports sales
- Present financing, extended service contracts, and aftermarket products to customers
- Secure financing through lenders and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions
- Ensure all deals are structured for maximum profitability while remaining customer-focused
- Maintain full compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations
- Accurately complete and submit all required paperwork in a timely manner
- Work closely with the sales team to finalize deals and improve closing ratios
- Train and support sales staff on F&I processes and product knowledge
- Monitor and track key performance metrics (product penetration, reserve, etc.)
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve any financing-related issues
Requirements
- Previous F&I or automotive/powersports finance experience preferred
- Strong sales and closing skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
- Familiarity with dealership software and lender systems is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
