Role Description
We are currently seeking a motivated, hard-working, reliable and detail-oriented team member to join our Commercial Sales Team. This Commercial Inside Sales and Operations Coordinator is integral in delivering a world class customer experience to the core of our business, our customers. Falling under the Commercial team, this role is the bridge between our world class products and active clients with our operations and logistics teams. This role maintains a solution-oriented mindset, has a sharp eye for details, critical thinking, and actively seeks out improvements. Ideally this role starts as an intern, with the opportunity to join full time.
Description/Responsibilities:
- Provide front end operations, shipping and installation quoting and support to the Commercial team
- Plan and execute product delivery and installation with Operations and Logistics teams
- Responsible for Customer Service issues and requests with Commercial customers, including managing and closing cases delegated by the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, problem solving, and critical thinking to improve BeaverFit processes
- Responsible for communication and active listening of customer needs to improve internal processes
- Maintain a high level of sales and operations acumen
- General understanding of sales and operations processes
- Ensure a high level of customer experience post sale
- Create an authentic connection with our customers
- Basic understanding of the commercial sales cycles
- Ability to interface effectively with various internal departments to gather information, seek assistance, provide support and accomplish tasks
- Responsible for assisting Commercial Sales team with outbound business development, lead qualification and scheduling, revenue and margin quota attainment, including direct business, dealers business and key account/contract manufacturing.
- Demonstrate detail-oriented focus, specific to sales administrative items. Duties to include but not limited to: CRM management, quoting, pipeline management, custom pricing requests, internal cost worksheets, expense reports, forecasting, sales plans, solicitation submissions,
- Responsible for generating pipeline by connecting with potential customers, qualifying leads, and passing them on to the sales team.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 2-3 years of professional or military experience
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Google Drive
- 1-3 years of sales experience required and 1-3 years of customer service experience a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools (NetSuite a plus)
- Ability to work well with others in a team
- Ability to work in a sometimes ambiguous environment
- Eager to work within a team-oriented, dynamic, and fast-paced startup environment
- Position is based out of Reno, NV
