As a Project Support Specialist – Digital Design Coordinator at Beavercreek Marketing, you’ll be part of our PMO team – supporting documentation and requirements gathering across a broad portfolio of products for financial institutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with other project support specialists, development, video, and client services teams to assist with project scoping and pre-deployment reviews.
Responsibilities
- Develop Figma mockups and interactive prototypes for client-facing and agency projects
- Assist with project scoping and requirements gathering for production teams
- Track and document workflow changes in Figma across a broad portfolio of internal products
- Communicate workflow requirements and updates clearly to the development team
- Conduct pre-deployment development reviews to ensure design accuracy and consistency before launch
- Create icons and visual assets to support product needs
- Maintain and organize design file libraries and asset repositories for team accessibility
- Support documentation of internal Figma standards and guidelines
- Support QA efforts and feedback for Figma tools and plugins
Requirements
- 2 years of professional experience in project management, web design, or related role
- Strong proficiency in Figma (prototyping, variables, component libraries, auto-layout, documentation, change tracking)
- Solid working knowledge of HTML and CSS – comfort reading and editing code
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical team members
- Strong organizational skills with attention to file management and design handoff processes
- Comfortable working alongside AI tools and integrating them into design and documentation workflows
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with design handoff workflows and developer collaboration tools (e.g., Figma Dev Mode)
- Experience with project management tools and structured project workflows (e.g., Wrike, Jira, Asana)
- Familiarity with design tokens, style guides, and scalable design system workflows
- Experience with vector-based icon creation
- Experience in or interest in financial services marketing
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and financial industry compliance requirements
