Beaver Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team.

Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday
As the RN Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership, support the nursing team, and help ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN looking to grow in a leadership role within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff
- Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and clinical oversight
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- Provide coaching, education, and guidance to nursing staff
- Assist with admissions, care planning, and clinical documentation as needed
- Promote a positive and resident-centered culture
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
