What You’ll Do
Be the friendly voice customers count on by answering questions, solving problems, and delivering top-notch service
Learn our products and recommend the right solutions for customer needs
Upsell and cross-sell to meet sales goals
Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
Manage your time effectively while juggling multiple tasks
Accurately handle customer transactions and orders
Bring a coachable attitude, and we’ll train you on the products and systems
What We’re Looking For
Strong drive to reach out to new customers
Experience with prospecting and discovering customer needs
2–4 years of sales or customer service experience preferred (phone sales a plus)
Strong communicator who’s personable, persuasive, and professional
MS Office proficiency; knowledge of NetSuite/Shopify is a bonus
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
What We Offer
Hour Commission Bonus with realistic earnings of $50,000 to $75,000 first year
