Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff during afternoon shifts (Monday through Friday)
Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services, in accordance with our standards and state regulations
Monitor and report on patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and staff members, promoting a culture of respect and collaboration
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and participate in nursing education and training programs
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Pennsylvania
Minimum 0 years of experience in a long-term care setting (new graduates welcome to apply)
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
