- Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair needs and options clearly to clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in sales by providing recommendations for additional services or products based on customer needs.
Skills
- Previous dealership or service technician experience is highly desirable.
- Proficient in reading schematics and technical manuals related to engine repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair.
- Familiarity with generator repair and electrical systems is essential.
- Competence in using hand tools, power tools, and performing heavy lifting tasks as required.
