ColourPop is looking for a Manager, Product Marketing to join the New Launch & Product Development team at ColourPop. This individual will be responsible for analyzing market/ competitive data, sales trends, customer feedback (social sentiment, customer reviews) to help develop and support implementation of ColourPop’s product portfolio and innovation pipeline. This analysis will drive the brand’s product marketing strategy and inform the go-to-market teams’ strategies at launch.This role should be able to independently drive analysis and develop and communicate key insights.

Your Opportunity
- Support Director, Product Development by gathering and analyzing data to build out comprehensive product marketing briefs, including consumer insights, sales data, comprehensive competitive analysis and input from retailers and markets
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of marketing briefs for all new products
- Prepare pricing analyses and provide SRP targets for new launches based on analysis of competitive landscape
- Support presentation development for key internal and external product marketing meetings
- Work with sales and demand planning to prepare volume opportunity estimates and drive global forecasts
- Prepare timely communications for retailers and markets, including product launch calendars, pricing, positioning, strategies and support
- Communicate new product messaging, claims development and educational support to stakeholders
- 3-5 years of experience in product development / marketing within the beauty industry, preferably with experience in color cosmetics
- Self-starter, who is willing to roll up his/her sleeves to dive into data analysis, work cross-functionally with teams to gather data, and find new data sources to help build the right product brief to inform the product development process
- Strong understanding of the mass makeup consumer, familiar with industry/product trends
- Exceptional organizational skills, and exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills

Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
