Beauty Outlet is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who enjoys helping customers, works well with others, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude
- Help customers find products and answer questions
- Recommend products based on customers' needs
- Process purchases using the cash register
- Restock merchandise and organize displays
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally
- Assist with inventory and other daily store tasks
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and dependable attendance
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic cash-handling and math skills
- Retail experience is helpful, but not required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Schedule
- Part-time
- Weekend availability preferred
- Holiday availability is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Bend, reach, and stock merchandise as needed
