Duties
- Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, Builder gel nails, acrylics, gel x and nail art with precision and creativity
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail care options based on client preferences and nail health
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
- Educate clients on proper nail care routines, product usage, and aftercare tips to promote healthy nails-
- Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or brow Tint and lamination to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
- Keep detailed records of client treatments, preferences, and appointments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology license with certification or Nail Technician license in nail care techniques
- Strong knowledge of color theory for creating appealing nail designs and art
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients
- Proficiency in sanitation standards and sterilization procedures in accordance with health regulations
- Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining a professional attitude
